Welcome to the fifth edition of our magazine for European rail enthusiasts.

Denmark.  While the small Scandinavian country is not a natural for railways - small population, short distances between major centres and little industry it has become a vital stepping stone between the Nordic region and the European heartland. This has been facilitated by the construction of some magnificent  rail infrastructure like the Great Belt Bridge. We visit the two main Islands in 2007 but also look back to the days before the bridge when the ferry was king! 
Bella Italia!  An introduction to the railways in northern Italy - the Italian Lake Garda and Verona on the main line to Venice.
We also preview a forthcoming documentary on Railways in northern Germany
