1. Shipping and Handling
It is our aim to offer a fast and reliable delivery service, using the method
specified in the checkout procedure. Our company policy is to try to despatch
all orders within 48 hours. If items are unavailable then we will contact you
to advise those that are not in stock and those which can be sent immediately.
Goods are despatched by First Class Royal Mail within the UK, and airmail to
the rest of the world.
Obviously, we cannot be held responsible for delays in the postal services.
It is best to allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
Post and Packaging Charge:
United Kingdom and Channel Isles. The cost of postage and packing is included in the price.
Europe: £2.50 for a single DVD, plus 50p for each additional item – this is capped at £7. The charge is automatically calculated at the checkout.
Rest of the world: £3.50 for a single DVD, plus £1 for each additional item - this is capped at £12.50. The charge is automatically calculated at the checkout.
As an online retailer, we are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our delivery
schedule is governed by the post office which has restricted opening hours.
